No magic, No quick-fix and NO BULL!

Welcome to our first post on this site. I would love to get things started on the right foot and so I am telling you now that there is only one healthy way to a great body and it involves two key elements DIET and you guessed it, EXCERCISE. People will always try to sell you some miracle drink, powder, potient, pill that will burn fat and create the body you want in a few days, weeks or months. other people will try and sell you exercise routines or equipment that will give you “rock hard abs”, “tight thighs” or awesome “insert body part here” in less than 10 minutes a day. Well there is no such thing. I repeat no such thing and if you were looking for one please try another blog.

Most people dont have the body they want because they are too lazy and are not willing to sacrifice. Many people are to busy, have to many excuses and dislike what is required to reach your goal. Well I hate to say it but there is no other way to reach and maintain your body goal.

Well hopefully I can help you out. I will provide practical guides to diet and excercise and some motivational post to keep you going. If you work hard, stay disciplined and do the right things you will be able to achieve the body you want.

I will finish with my (soon to be) usual sign off:

Its never easy, but it’s worth it.

Strength training aims at building ones muscle volume and strength together. Looking strong and actually being strong aren’t always two same thing. regular training systems only make your body look strong. Strength training fills this gap.
