		<description>This is a great article. I agree that every muscle should be worked especially the muscles you specified that are usually neglected by 90% or more of weight lifters. I also think the core muscles, balance and stabilization are all neglected by most people and really improve your performance and strength as well as reduce injury.</description>

		<description>I think that personally I suffer from problems with my rotator cuffs.  I must have done something wrong when I first started lifting.  Of course, back then I didn&#039;t really know what I was doing anyway!  It&#039;s gotten better as I&#039;ve done things correctly though.  Thanks for all the tips!</description>
