Why Sport is Good for Your Skin

Working out is the best skin care, here’s why:

  • Sport simulates your blood flow –> your skin gets more oxygen
  • Sweat helps your skin to expel toxins.
  • Movement stimulates your skin to produce more collagen, a protein that prevents wrinkles.
  • Sport relaxes your face muscles –> prevents crow’s feet

Some tips:

  • Before working out, remove your make up, it blocks your pores and impedes the sweat flow.
  • Use a moisturizer after the shower.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after your workout.

    Great advice thanks. Drinking loads of water is such a key factor and exercising makes you want to drink more so it’s a win-win!

    When I’m working out I believe it helps my skin too. I belive we are made to stay in motion. It opens up your pores.

    Yes… I noticed that after playing sport and specially if i sweat a lot. My skin looks good.
    I made a researcher to find what’s the reason.
