The rib cage is brought up to where the pelvis is when the pelvis is fixed, or the pelvis can be brought towards the rib cage (posterior pelvic tilt) when the rib cage is fixed, such as in a leg-hip raise. The two can also be brought together simultaneously when neither is fixed in space.</description>

I was pretty active, but my body fat percentage was too high, so my stomach was flabby. Once I understood that I just had to burn off the stomach fat in order for my abs to show, I stopped doing crunches and situps and spending time doing ab machines. Thanks! 		<description>Nutrition, nutrition, nutrition. You are exactly right when you say that everyone has abs, they just need to get rid of the body fat. I just wanted to say that if people are looking for a good ab exercise that really works to strengthen your core, and works the abs, you have to look at planks. Done for 1 - 2 minutes at a time, 4 or 5 sets. You will definitely feel it the next day and after a few months you will see the difference.</description>

Actually is not that hard to get six pack abs, and you do not have to go to the gym. There are a lot of programs that you can do at home. Discipline at the kitchen is a must, however, remember any new habit can be conquer in 21 days!</description>
