		<description>What most people don&#039;t understand is that some diets don&#039;t work for everyone for instance I may use &quot; Alli Berry&#039;s diet&quot; and it works wonders for me but lets say you tried it also and it didn&#039;t work for you. What I am trying to say is what work for me will not work for you because each individual body mechanism isn&#039;t the same. 
By the way I don&#039;t believe that weight loss pills will work for everyone also. I tried &quot;Mega Green&quot; tablets and it causes me to gain more weight than take it off. But I would like to encourage not to give up keep trying and one day you will find that perfect weight system that will work for you.
If you already have a perfect body you have to constantly maintain it otherwise you might lose it just like that. Thanks for sharing your very interested post with everyone.</description>

Not just a &#039;diet&#039; that I&#039;m going to start and then stop, but an actual change I am making.  Then it&#039;s keeping your eye on the goal and when you&#039;re confronted with a temptation to eat something you shouldn&#039;t, you can just think of the goal and realize that it isn&#039;t worth it because it will move you away from your goal.</description>
